- 6.5 oz (180g) pasta I used spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 twigs thyme
- 5 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 lb (225g) chantarelle mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 medium tomatoes about 14 oz/400g
- small handful grated Parmesan cheese about 1/2 cup (1.5oz/45g)
- salt and pepper to taste
to serve: fresh thyme leaves
